Can a plumber come out tonight?
Call us anytime and we'll get you on the schedule. Plumbing visits are scheduled during regular service hours, and we'll tell you exactly when to expect us. If water is actively leaking, shut off your main water valve first.
Water is leaking right now. What do I do?
Shut off the main water valve. It's usually where the water line enters the house, often in the garage or near the water heater, or at the meter box by the street. Then call us.
Will you push me to replace something?
No. Sometimes the right answer is a repair. Sometimes it's a replacement. We show you both paths and you decide. The right answer is never whatever pays us the most.
Do I see the price before work starts?
Yes. We investigate, show you what we found, and walk you through your options and pricing. Nothing starts until you say so.
