Straight answers
Questions we hear every day.
Can a plumber come out tonight?
Call us anytime and we'll get you on the schedule. Plumbing visits are scheduled during regular service hours, and we'll tell you exactly when to expect us. If water is actively leaking, shut off your main water valve first (see below).
Water is leaking right now. What do I do?
Shut off the main water valve. It's usually where the water line enters your home, often in the garage or near the water heater, or at the meter box by the street. If the leak is at the water heater, also turn off its power or gas. Then call us.
Will you push me to replace something?
No. Sometimes the right answer is a repair. Sometimes it's a replacement. We show you what we found, explain both paths, and you call the shots. The right answer is never whatever pays us the most.
Do I see the price before work starts?
Yes. We investigate, show you what we found, and walk you through your options and pricing. Nothing starts until you say so.
Are you licensed?
Yes. All Set is a licensed Florida plumbing contractor (CFC1425959) and HVAC contractor (CAC1818159).
Do you serve my area?
We're based in Orange Park and serve Clay, Duval and St. Johns counties, including RiverTown, Fleming Island, Oakleaf, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Mandarin, Bartram Park and World Golf Village.
